Signing up for new software is easy. Getting an entire agency to actually use it is harder.
That's why joining Emerge Apps doesn't start with us handing you a login and pointing you toward a help center.
We work alongside your team to introduce Emerge Apps across the agency, launch your first employer accounts for you, train your producers, and give them practical guidance for putting the platform to work in real prospecting, service, and stewardship situations.
Here's what that actually looks like.
Successful adoption starts before anyone logs in.
We help agency leaders introduce Emerge Apps to their team, explain why they're investing in it, and get producers excited about what's coming.
That includes:
Ready-to-use internal marketing templates to announce your new solutions
An agency-wide kickoff and training session led by our team to generate interest and excitement
Guidance for rolling Emerge Apps out successfully
Marketing materials your agency can use to introduce your new capabilities to existing clients, promote them on your website, and start building awareness
The goal is to make Emerge Apps feel like an agency initiative from the beginning—not another piece of software producers suddenly discover in their inbox.
Here's where onboarding gets really hands-on.
Your agency chooses five accounts to launch with OSHAlogs and AutomateSafety. Then we do the work on your behalf while your team learns alongside us.
We coordinate scheduling directly with the employer and provide talking points to help you generate interest.
We lead a joint meeting with you and your client to explain the value you're bringing to them, get them excited about the challenges you're helping solve, and get them comfortable using the tools.
We gather the information and data we need, build out their accounts, and let them know when everything is ready to go.
In other words, we don't hand your producers instructions and ask them to practice on their best clients. We help create those first wins for them.
Those first five launches aren't just about getting five employers up and running. They're also hands-on training for your team.
Producers can watch how we introduce the applications, explain their value, answer employer questions, collect what we need, and move from the initial conversation to an active account.
That makes the next launch easier because the process is no longer theoretical. Producers have seen it work with their own clients—and those early wins can help build confidence and momentum across the rest of the agency.
Eventually, your producers need to take the lead themselves. We don't expect them to figure out how on their own.
The first time someone logs into Emerge Apps, they're guided toward what matters most. Quick-start checklists introduce our approach, help them understand the applications, and show how Emerge Apps can fit into the work they're already doing.
From there, app-specific guidance goes much deeper.
Let's say a producer wants to introduce OSHAlogs to an existing client. They can get guidance through the entire process: which accounts are a good fit, how to introduce the idea, what to say, marketing materials to share, how to add the employer, and what should happen next.
The training lives alongside the work, so producers don't have to remember everything they learned in a webinar three months ago or hunt through a library every time they need help.
Learning how an application works is only part of the equation. Producers also need to know what to do with it.
That's why our guidance is built around the situations producers encounter every day:
Prospecting: Learn how to use Emerge Apps with cold and warm prospects, including scenario-based playbooks, scripts, email templates, employer education materials, and step-by-step guidance.
Client service: Identify which applications make sense for which clients and how to incorporate them into a proactive, year-round service plan.
Stewardship: Turn the work you've done into meaningful mid-year conversations about progress, what you've uncovered, and what to tackle next.
Renewal: Bring improvements, outcomes, and risk-management activity into renewal and underwriting conversations to help tell a stronger story about the account.
The goal isn't to give producers an enormous library of resources to sort through. It's to give them the right guidance when they're trying to accomplish something specific.
Getting started is only the beginning.
As agencies use Emerge Apps, we continue sharing new strategies, refresher training, playbooks, employer resources, and examples of what's working across the Emerge community. When we see an agency doing something particularly effective—or find a better way to approach a common situation—we turn those lessons into guidance everyone can use.
Your team doesn't have to master Emerge Apps in the first 30 days. It's easy to start small, create value, and generate quick wins early. As your team gets more comfortable, there's always another strategy to try, workflow to improve, or opportunity to put more of Emerge Apps to work.
Emerge Apps gives agencies a lot of ways to create value. But we don't expect you to figure out how to put all of them into practice on your own.
We help you launch Emerge Apps across the agency. We onboard your first employers for you. Your producers learn alongside real client experiences. And when they're ready to take the lead, they have practical, scenario-based guidance for what to do next.
Because successful adoption shouldn't depend on a few highly motivated producers figuring everything out for themselves.
Our job is to make it realistic for your agency to turn great ideas into repeatable action—across producers, across employers, and over time.
